Annual Sessions are more than meetings on a calendar. They are moments of reflection, renewal, fellowship, accountability, and forward movement. They remind us of the work entrusted to our hands, the legacy placed upon our shoulders, and the responsibility we share to carry that legacy with dignity, purpose, and pride.
To every officer, member, committee, delegate, and supporter working behind the scenes, we commend you. The planning, sacrifice, time, travel, preparation, reports, programs, hospitality, and service do not go unnoticed. It takes willing hands, committed hearts, and faithful spirits to keep the work moving forward — and every effort helps strengthen the foundation of our beloved Order.
As each State gathers, may your sessions be filled with wisdom, unity, respect, productivity, and renewed commitment. May you honor the work of those who came before us by continuing the legacy they helped establish. Their labor laid the groundwork; now it is our responsibility to build upon it with excellence, integrity, and vision.
Let us continue to grow — not only in numbers, but in service, knowledge, leadership, love, and purpose. Let us continue to build what has been previously laid out, while also preparing a stronger path for those who will come after us. Legacy is not preserved by standing still; it is preserved by moving forward with reverence for the past and responsibility for the future.
May every Grand Council and Grand Chapter be encouraged in the work ahead.
