November is Men's Health Awareness Month!
Brothers, this month the National Supreme Council is putting the spotlight on YOU, your health, your well-being, and the importance of taking care of yourselves!
We know our Brothers wear many hats. You are leaders, fathers, grandfathers, husbands, mentors, protectors, and pillars of your families and communities. But while you're busy taking care of everyone else, we want to remind you of something important:
💙 YOUR HEALTH MATTERS, TOO!
This November, we're inviting all our NSC Brothers to join the MOVEMBER MOVEMENT!
🧔🏾 Grow it! Whether it's a mustache, goatee, beard, or a little peach fuzz trying its best, we want to see it! 😂
📸 Show it! Snap a photo of your facial hair and share your Movember look with your NSC family.
💙 Post it! Share your photos on our NSC platforms throughout November. Let's see those mustaches and beards grow!
🤝 Support it! Encourage another Brother to schedule his wellness checkup, discuss recommended health screenings with his doctor, and take his physical and mental health seriously.
And to our NSC Sisters: We haven't forgotten about you! Encourage your husbands, fathers, sons, Brothers, and friends to participate. Cheer them on, share their photos with permission, and remind them that taking care of their health is a sign of strength!

This movement is about more than growing facial hair. It's about starting conversations, breaking the silence surrounding men's health, and reminding one another that prevention, early detection, and support can make a difference.
So come on, Brothers! Put those razors down, pick those cameras up, and let's fill our NSC family pages with Movember pride! 📸
